Colonel Mayew is an active author who served for four years in the United States Marine Corps and thirty years the United States Army during periods of conflict whose writing reveals his experience, patriotism and aspiration to contribute to his nation, its armed forces and its citizens. Now in retirement his writing shows an understanding of the struggles we all face to maintain ourselves, our families, our environments and to progress. His work contains something of value to everyone and it is a reminder that if we know anything relevant, we have a duty to speak up.
